1. Quit Smoking
Don’t smoke. Smoking makes your skin dry. Or even any other kind of addictions may cause harmful effect on your skin.
2. Sun protection
Before going out of your place, apply sunscreen on your body. It will keep your skin protected from UV-rays.
3. Use moisturiser over your sunscreen
It will plump your skin and lessen the wrinkles.
4. Clean your makeup
Do not overdo your makeup and always remember to clean it with cleanser before sleeping. Makeup kept overnight is really harmful to your skin.
5. Get enough sleep
Due to many reasons women skip their sleep or take naps of 3 4 hours. Don’t do this. Sleeping 6 -7 hours is really important for you.
6. Don’t use soap on your skin
Soap makes your skin dry. You may use other good cleansers out there.
7. Eat good fats and vegetables
And remember no junk food. Eat more and more fruits and green vegetables. Keep your diet healthy.
8. Exercise: yoga and meditation
Exercise will increase blood flow which is beneficial to skin health. Devote at least 1 hour in yoga or meditation.
9. Stay Hydrated
Drink 10 ft. of water every day. It will keep you hydrated. Avoid Caffeine-containing products like coffee.
10. Keep stress away
Too much stress has a bad effect on your body. Stress is the leading cause of many underlying conditions. Try to keep yourself stress-free.
